After the restructuring, the Nanjing Municipal State-owned Assets Administration Commission directly held 42% of the shares in the new Cultural Tourism Group, and the Urban Construction Group passively diluted its shareholding ratio in the Cultural Tourism Group from 60% to 35%, and is no longer the indirect controlling shareholder of Nanjing Business Travel. The actual controller and controlling shareholder of Nanjing Business Travel remains unchanged.
