The Zhitong Finance App learned that on November 16, 2025, Gushengtang Singapore (Singapore Gushengtang Singapore), a subsidiary of Gushengtang, and DA ZHONG TANG PTE. LTD. Shareholders of (Dazhutang) signed an equity transfer contract to acquire 100% of Dazhongtang's shares. This acquisition is another important strategic arrangement achieved by Gushengtang (02273) in overseas markets after reaching a strategic cooperation with the Singaporean digital medical platform 1doc in October this year, marking the accelerated implementation of Gushengtang's TCM overseas strategy.

Dazhutang is a holding company for Singapore Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine, a mainstream TCM chain brand in Singapore. Since its establishment in 1996, it has developed into a widely influential TCM diagnosis and treatment service organization in the region. The brand operates 14 TCM clinics in Singapore, covering multiple core business districts and residential communities, and has mature localized service capabilities and a highly trusted user base.

After the acquisition is completed, DaZhongtang's financial results will be included in the Group's comprehensive financial statements, further consolidating the company's overall revenue.

Since this year, Gushengtang has continued to accelerate the pace of traditional Chinese medicine going overseas, adopted a “merger and acquisition+cooperation+self-construction” three-wheel drive strategy, and actively expanded the Singapore market. On October 22, Gushengtang and 1doc, a comprehensive digital medical platform in Singapore, reached a strategic cooperation. The two sides jointly established a joint venture, where Gushengtang holds 70% of the shares and is fully responsible for operation and management. The joint venture will divide independent traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment areas within 1doc's existing clinic network to jointly carry out traditional Chinese medicine business. Following the successful acquisition of Dazhongtang, Gushengtang will add 14 new outpatient institutions, which will help the company quickly build a large-scale service network in Singapore and enhance regional market coverage and operational synergy.

Through a multi-model and efficient overseas expansion path, Gushengtang continues to promote the deep integration of internationalization and localization of traditional Chinese medicine services, demonstrating clear planning and execution effectiveness in medium- to long-term strategic layout. With the comprehensive advancement of the “deepening domestic layout+accelerated overseas expansion” strategy, Gushengtang is expected to further open up room for growth, strengthen its leading position in the global field of traditional Chinese medicine services, and inject new momentum into long-term development.
