The other party claimed that the two infringed its patent rights, applied for financial compensation of 430 million yuan, and incurred all litigation costs. On November 14, 2025, the plaintiff changed the lawsuit and is now requesting compensation of 430 million yuan from New Materials Company. Guangxi New Materials is jointly and severally liable for 110 million yuan of this.
