Under non-GAAP, quarterly revenue was US$2.308 billion, up 23% year on year; gross profit margin was 29.9%, up 3.5 percentage points from month to month, down 9 percentage points year on year; operating profit of US$245 million, up 145 percent month on month, down 31% year on year; net profit of US$181 million, up 331% month on month and year on year decrease of 31% year on year. In the fiscal quarter, SanDisk NAND Bit's shipments increased by up to 15%, and the average selling price showed a medium single-digit percentage increase, driving revenue and gross margin to exceed expectations. SanDisk said demand for NAND products exceeded supply during the fiscal quarter, and the number of inventory turnover days was reduced from 135 days to 115 days. This trend is expected to continue until the end of 2026. SanDisk CEO David said that by 2026, the data center market will become the largest market for NAND flash memory for the first time.
