The report analyzes and summarizes the internationalization of Chinese securities companies and the practices of foreign securities companies in the exhibition industry in China, and puts forward the problems and challenges faced and future prospects. At the same time, on the basis of case collection, 8 Chinese financial institutions, including GF Securities, Cathay Pacific Haitong Securities, Huatai Securities, China Merchants Securities, China Galaxy Securities, CITIC Securities, CITIC Securities, and 2 foreign institutions, including J.P. Morgan Securities and Nomura Oriental International Securities, are selected and displayed to help Chinese enterprises go overseas, serve capital market connectivity, introduce overseas capital to meet residents' asset allocation needs, cross-border risk management, and two-way exchanges and cooperation.
