Snowflake (SNOW.US) Urgently Clarifies Executives' Exception Remarks and Reiterates Q3 and Full Year Revenue Guidelines

The Zhitong Finance App learned that on Monday, Snowflake (SNOW.US) reaffirmed its revenue guidelines for the third quarter and full year of fiscal year 2026 in a document. Earlier, an executive of the company made unauthorized remarks about the company's future performance during an interview.

The interview was posted on an Instagram account called “theschoolofhardknockz” and related platforms. Snowflake stated in an 8-K filing later submitted to regulators: “This executive is not the company's designated spokesperson for financial disclosure, and related statements should not be used as a basis for investment decisions.”

According to reports, the company's initial revenue guidance was released on August 27. According to US GAAP, product revenue for the third quarter is expected to be between US$1,125 billion and US$1,130 billion (the market generally expects US$1.18 billion); the full fiscal year of 2026 is expected to be US$4.395 billion (market estimate is US$4.61 billion).

Before the US stock market on Monday, as of press release, Snowflake's stock price had risen more than 1%.
