October 25, 2025 is the 75th anniversary of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army's overseas operation against the US and aid Korea. Recently, China and North Korea jointly held a series of commemorative events to deeply remember the great achievements of the martyrs of the volunteer army. On the morning of the 25th local time, China and North Korea held a flower basket laying ceremony at the Sino-North Korea Friendship Tower in Pyongyang, North Korea to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army's fight against the US and aid North Korea. A flower basket dedicated in the name of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the Central Military Commission, and the Central Cabinet and the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea was placed directly in front of the Friendship Tower. The red ribbon on the flower basket says “The martyrs of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army are immortal.”
