Rejing Biotech announced that it recently received a report from the participating company Beijing Shunjing Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. that the phase Ib clinical study of the self-developed innovative drug SGC001 injection obtained positive preliminary results. Specific data showed that among patients with ST segment elevation of the anterior wall, SGC001 showed an effective trend in myocardial protection in the 600 mg and 900 mg dose groups compared to the placebo group, and the median percentage of myocardial infarction area decreased by 20.5% and 38.1%, respectively. SGC001 injection was safe and well tolerated in patients with ST segment elevation of anterior wall myocardial infarction. There were no adverse events or serious adverse events of grade 3 or above.
