Since August 2025, the platform has removed 1,603 merchants involved, blocked 2,976 illegal products, and dealt with 634 offenders; and cooperated with relevant departments to arrest a total of 19 suspects, of which in October it helped to detect 3 gangs involved in the case and arrest 6 suspects. As a common problem in the e-commerce industry, “pickup card” diversion fraud continues to spread across multiple platforms. Douyin e-commerce said it will continue to upgrade its risk control model to maintain a safe and honest consumption environment.
