It is scheduled to be completed and opened to traffic in 2030. The new Wenfu high-speed railway starts at Yueqing Station of the Hangzhou-Shenzhen High Speed Rail, passes through Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province, Ningde City and Fuzhou City in Fujian Province, and connects to Fuzhou South Railway Station of the Fuzhou-Xiamen High Speed Rail. The total length of the new line is about 305 kilometers, the design speed is 350 kilometers per hour, and the construction period is 5 years. There are 11 stations on the entire line.
