The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to sales data provided by the Commercial Vehicle Professional Committee of the China Automobile Dealers Association, retail sales of heavy trucks in August 2025 were 67,600 units, up 65.65% year on year, up 3.89% month on month; of these, tractor sales were 39,700 units, up 83.19% year on year and 13.04% month on month.
In January-August, cumulative sales of heavy trucks were 491,700 units, an increase of 24.92% over the previous year. Among them, the cumulative sales volume of tractors was 267,300 units, an increase of 26.67% over the previous year.
