Through strategic cooperation, the two sides will cooperate closely in market and customer networks, and service value enhancement. The two sides will take into account the specific market conditions in each province, make full use of the company's current admissions market and strategic investors to reserve a large amount of commercial channel resources over the years, select partners with strong strength and the highest promotion success rate for in-depth commercial promotion cooperation, and actively promote the entry and volume of the company's products into new regions and hospital terminals with the partner's accumulation and influence in the field of antimicrobial sales. If the above market resources are successfully integrated, the product sales revenue targets for 2026 to 2028 are RMB 260 million, RMB 388 million, and RMB 600 million, respectively.

Party B focuses on the development of APIs and has accumulated extensive experience in route development, process optimization, and production expansion of chemical APIs. Party B will use its advantages in the fields of API development and process development to reduce the company's product costs and enhance the company's profitability.
