According to the unified deployment of the Central Committee, from April 15 to July 20, 2024, the First Inspection Team of the Central Committee carried out routine inspections of the Party Group of the Ministry of Finance. On October 18, 2024, the Central Inspection Team gave feedback on the inspection to the Party Group of the Ministry of Finance. I. Status of the Party Group's performance of the main responsibility for inspection and rectification

Focusing on “strengthening, focusing, and optimizing”, financial supervision is carried out in accordance with the law and regulations, financial discipline is further strengthened, and the implementation of the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee is promoted.

(4) Consolidate the responsibility of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party, and further promote positive discipline and anti-corruption. Conscientiously implement the spirit of the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, solidly carry out spiritual studies and education to thoroughly implement the Eight Regulations of the Central Committee, and promote new results in the construction of work style. Consolidate and deepen the achievements of Party discipline study and education, so that discipline education can be integrated throughout the entire cycle of cadres' growth and into the whole process of organizational management. Use the “four forms” accurately to promote common investigation and treatment of corruption, and strengthen supervision of the operation of financial power. Support the stationed discipline inspection and monitoring teams to supervise discipline enforcement and accountability, strengthen the construction of discipline commissions in organs and subordinate units, and raise the level of standardization, rule of law and formalization of discipline inspection work.

(5) Thoroughly implement the Party's organizational line in the new era and build a loyal, clean and responsible team of high-quality financial cadres. Strengthen leadership team building, establish and implement a correct view of political performance, and enhance overall functions and work synergy. Focus on long-term strengthening cadre building, clearly establish a practical performance orientation, optimize assessment, evaluation and application of results, increase cadre exchanges, and strengthen competency and quality building. Compile the responsibilities of party group secretaries, party committee secretaries, and grass-roots party organization secretaries, grasp the institutional leadership system, deepen the creation of the “top four” party branches, promote ideological construction, team building, and business construction in an integrated manner, and promote the high-quality development of institutional party building.

(6) Promote the normal long-term effectiveness of inspection and rectification, and continue to do a good job in the “second half of the article” of the inspection. Strengthen work scheduling, supervision and guidance, and continue to push for inspection feedback issues to be put in place and thoroughly revised. Do a good job of following up on the results of the completed rectification tasks, and carry out a “look back” in due course to prevent the problem from rebounding. Tasks that require continuous rectification must be kept on a close watch and carried to the end to ensure that the goals of rectification are achieved. Integrate inspection and rectification into daily work and functional responsibilities, promptly upgrade effective empirical practices into institutional results, and promote high-quality financial development through high-quality rectification and reform.
