The top 10 Chinese manufacturing companies with R&D intensity in 2025 are Huawei Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., ZTE Corporation, Zhengda Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., NIO Holdings Co., Ltd., Guangdong Xiaopeng Auto Technology Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Dahua Technology Co., Ltd., China Information and Communication Technology Group Co., Ltd., Shiyao Holding Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Digital Technology Group Co., Ltd., and Honor Terminal Co., Ltd. In terms of regional distribution, the five provinces of Zhejiang, Shandong, Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Hebei ranked in the top five in terms of the number of shortlisted companies.
