The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Medical Security Bureau, and the Provincial Taxation Bureau recently jointly issued the upper and lower wage base standards for social security contributions in 2025, making it clear that from January 1 to December 31 this year, the upper wage base standard for employees' basic pension insurance contributions in the province will be implemented at 24,762 yuan, and the lower limit standard will be implemented at 4,952 yuan. The upper and lower wage base limits for employees' basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance, and maternity insurance are also implemented in accordance with this standard.
