The Zhitong Finance App learned that Heyu-B (02256) rose more than 6% in early trading. As of press release, it had risen 4.92% to HK$17.93, with a turnover of HK$39.0714 million.

According to the news, Heyu recently announced that the IND application for the combined use of ABSK043, the oral PD-L1 inhibitor ABSK043 and Allis's KRAS G12C inhibitor Golirese tablets to treat KRAS G12C mutations, has been approved in China, which means ABSK043 combined with Golerese has entered phase II clinical trials. Furthermore, recently, the company was included in the MSCI Global Small Cap Index as a constituent stock.

CICC released a research report stating that ABSK043 is a potential oral small molecule PD-L1 inhibitor with global equity. The bank believes that the company's ongoing oral+oral combination plan is expected to have a better patient compliance and safety spectrum compared to injection+oral combination, and subsequent clinical progress is worth paying attention to.
