Wu Lishun, Party Secretary and Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Beijing Municipal People's Government, explained that the Beijing Data Group is based on six companies, including Capital Information, Digital Certification, and Digital Network Link under the Beijing State-owned Company, and has been incorporated into enterprises such as Yizhuang Smart Institute under Yizhuang Holdings, Northern Computing Network under Beijing Electronic Control Group, and Financial Big Data Company. “Currently, the registered capital of Beijing Data Group is 3 billion, and the plan is to increase it to 6 billion yuan, with total assets of 13.6 billion yuan.” Wu Lishun explained that the data group will cover businesses such as data infrastructure construction, data resource development and utilization, data circulation transactions, and data industry ecosystem construction.
