It is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.43 per share to all shareholders based on the total share capital registered on the share registration date of the equity distribution, after deducting shares in the company's special securities account, for a total of 418 million yuan in the proposed cash dividend, accounting for 35.74% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies in the 2025 semi-annual consolidated statement.
