China CITIC Bank announced that revenue for the first half of 2025 was 105.762 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.99%. Net profit was 36.478 billion yuan, up 2.78% year over year. According to the 2025 mid-term profit distribution plan reviewed and approved by the board of directors and proposed to be submitted to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, a cash dividend of RMB 1.88 will be distributed for every 10 shares. The Bank will not transfer capital from the Capital Provident Fund to increase the share capital in the first half of 2025.
