On August 24, Xiaohongshu E-Commerce launched the “One Million Commission Free Plan”. According to an announcement issued by the Xiaohongshu E-Commerce Learning Center, in order to further reduce the operating costs of merchants and support merchants to operate carefully in Xiaohongshu, from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026, the first 1 million payment transaction amounts from the same merchant will be exempted from commission, and only 0.6% of the payment channel cost will be retained.
