According to reports, Delijia plans to be listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Huatai United Securities is the sponsor and plans to raise 1,881 billion yuan.

According to the prospectus, Delijia is mainly engaged in R&D, production and sales of high-speed heavy-duty precision gear transmission products. Currently, the downstream application field is mainly wind turbines, and the core products are wind power main gearboxes.
