On August 20, according to a company employee memorandum seen by the media, current co-directors Alex Bettamio and Thomas Sheehan will serve as co-chairs of the global corporate and investment banking business. A representative of the Bank of America confirmed the contents of the memorandum.

Matthew Koder, president of global corporate and investment banking business, said in a memorandum that all heads of global investment banking groups within the company will report to Ahmad and Joo.
