Zhitong Finance App learned that on August 15, the China Securities Regulatory Commission announced the “Requirements for Supplementary Materials for Overseas Issuance and Listing Filing (August 8, 2025 to August 14, 2025)”. Among them, the Securities Regulatory Commission requested MeiG Intelligence (002881.SZ) to provide additional explanations on matters such as the actual controller's ability to pay debts. According to reports, MeiG Smart submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 18, 2025, and CICC is the sole sponsor.

The Securities Regulatory Commission requested Meige Smart to further explain the following matters, and ask lawyers to check and issue clear legal opinions:

1. Please explain the establishment of your company's predecessor, Square Precision, and changes in share capital and shareholders since its establishment.

2. Please take into account the solvency of the actual controller of your company, etc., and explain whether the equity pledge situation of the controlling shareholder and actual controller of your company may cause changes in the control of your company, and whether it may cause your company to have prohibited situations as stipulated in section 8 of the “Trial Measures on the Administration of Overseas Issuance of Securities and Listing of Domestic Enterprises”.

3. Please explain the development and licensing status of your company's subsidiary's Nantong Zhongge value-added telecom business, and whether it continues to comply with the requirements of the “Special Administrative Measures for Foreign Investment Access (Negative List) (2024 Edition)” before and after the launch.
