The data is mainly obtained from the core financial data submitted by the brokerage firm to the supervisory authority in the early stages. Other relevant data must be separately reported by the brokerage firm to the China Securities Association. Statistical indicators include the average sales department's income from brokerage securities trading business, the size of equity fund holdings, securities investment consulting business revenue, share of equity assets in asset management products, and share of securities business revenue of overseas subsidiaries. In 2024, the entire industry achieved operating income of 451.17 billion yuan and net profit of 167.26 billion yuan, up 11.2% and 21.3%, respectively.
