Within the historic city, three historical and cultural districts are designated: Nanguanxiang, Hengtou Street, and Ganhe Street. It is necessary to further strengthen the protection of famous historical and cultural cities, maintain and continue traditional features, inherit and promote outstanding traditional culture, promote cultural protection and coordinated economic and social development, and fully highlight the characteristics and image of famous historical and cultural cities. Accelerate the publication, listing, surveying, mapping and filing of historic buildings, make rational and appropriate use of historical and cultural relics in accordance with the law, and strive to achieve coordination and unification of social, environmental and economic benefits.
