According to Zhitong Finance App News, PharmacoeShop (300937.SZ) announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Sichuan YaoTesco Technology Group Co., Ltd. (“Hangzhou Fuyao Technology Group”), and Hangzhou Fuyao Digital Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (“Hangzhou Fuyao Artificial Intelligence”) jointly invested in the establishment of Sichuan Shutan Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shitan Artificial Intelligence”), with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, funded by the company. The company holds 100% of the shares in Shutan Artificial Intelligence through its subsidiary. Shutan Artificial Intelligence has recently completed industrial and commercial registration and obtained a “Business License” issued by the Chengdu Jinniu District Government Service Management and Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau.

According to the announcement, in response to policy calls related to the digital economy, the company strives to build a collaborative, open and diversified digital industry ecosystem platform based on an AI digital intelligence system. Shutan Artificial Intelligence, a wholly-owned subsidiary established by the company, will rely on resource collaboration from the local government, integrate data resources such as digital supply chains, intelligent procurement systems, supply chain finance, etc., use cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, big models, Internet of Things, cloud computing, etc., to build a SaaS digital integrated service platform, and carry out data resource operation technology development and scenario application promotion covering upstream and downstream basic data of the industry, cloud warehouse digital supply chain, and full network flow traceability system for manufacturing enterprises.
