Firefly Aerospace Files For IPO Of 16.2M Shares, Targeting $41-$43 Per Share

This is the initial public offering of shares of common stock of Firefly Aerospace Inc. We are offering 16,200,000 shares of common stock.

Prior to this offering, there has been no public market for our common stock. We anticipate that the initial public offering price for our common stock will be between $41.00 and $43.00 per share. We have applied to list our common stock on The Nasdaq Global Market, or Nasdaq, under the symbol "FLY." However, no assurance can be given that our listing application will be approved.
