The Sichuan Urban Renewal Group is wholly owned by Huaxi Group. It is positioned to carry out urban renewal business as its main function, to do the six core tasks of “physical examination, planning, investment, construction and operation” of urban renewal, lay out the four major business segments of scientific research and design, intelligent construction, industrial investment, and urban operation, and build an ecosystem for the entire industry chain. Sichuan Shudao Rail Transit Group was formed by integrating the Sichuan Development Company and the rail transit sector under the Shudao Group. As a new rail transit specialized enterprise, it lays out three major business segments: new-standard rail transit equipment and manufacturing, investment, construction and operation, and related diversified business segments.
