Work Underway on 130K-SF Fulshear Mixed-Use Project

A project to develop a 22-acre site in Fulshear is underway. Janapriya has broken ground on Fulshear Central, a 130,000-square-foot development featuring retail, restaurants and office condos. It’s just off FM 1093, just west of Texas Heritage Parkway, adjacent to a four-acre pond.

Alpha Bravo Construction is the general contractor, and Kirksey Architecture designed the project.

The Houston Business Journal reports that eighteen of the 44 planned office condos are already sold, and the company expects to complete the first five of 10 office buildings totaling 56,100 square feet in fall 2026. The offices will each be 1,275 square feet and can be combined. Retail and restaurant space will total about 74,500 square feet, and two buildings will have two stories, providing restaurant patios overlooking the pond.

When the project is completed, estimated to be in fall 2027, there will be six retail buildings around a 2-acre green space.
