The proposal puts forward suggestions from residents' homes, workplaces, communities, etc. to regularly set aside time to clean up accumulated water. Among them, it was mentioned that every household should move for three minutes every day to turn the pot and pour out the can to remove the accumulated water from flower pots, water dispensers, coffee machines, tea trays, and empty containers such as pots, cans, bottles, barrels, and waste tires. Aquaculture plants change the water and wash the container, plant roots, or physically cover the bottle opening of the container every 3 to 5 days to remove and channel the accumulated water from plants that are easy to store water, such as banana leaves and bamboo breaks, etc., without giving mosquitoes any chance to lay eggs and breed.
