• CBRE appointed Jeremy McGown to Executive Managing Director and Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Market Leader for the company’s Advisory business. In this role, McGown will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations for all DFW Advisory Services lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, debt and structured finance and property management across all property types. 
• IPA Capital Markets hired Cullen Atchison as managing director. In this role, he will be responsible for securing debt and equity financing solutions for mid-market and institutional clients across the United States. Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets in 2025, Atchison served as partner at The Houston Group Realty Advisors, a boutique real estate capital advisory firm.
• LV Collective announce an addition to their team: Rodney J. King as Senior Vice President of Land Acquisitions. As Senior Vice President of Land Acquisitions, King will focus on LV’s land acquisition strategy for the student housing pipeline. Prior to joining LV Collective, King served as Senior Vice President of Student Housing at Portman Holdings, where he led the company’s entry into the student housing sector. King also held senior roles at Greystar (EdR) and Core Spaces. 
• Stream Realty Partners hired Tom Boyer as Senior Director of Project Management in its Dallas office. Boyer will help advance Stream’s occupier services project management and development platform. He will oversee the delivery of high-profile interior buildouts and capital improvement projects. Before joining Stream, he served as Senior Director at CBRE.
• Cresa appointed Carl Mueller as a Principal in its Houston office. A consistent top producer at JLL, Mueller has nearly a decade of experience advising warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics users across Greater Houston and beyond. In his new role, he will help lead Cresa Houston’s industrial brokerage team.
