The National Development and Reform Commission and the General Administration of Market Regulation are seeking public comments on the “Draft Amendment to the Price Law of the People's Republic of China”. The draft for solicitation of comments proposes to add a paragraph as a second paragraph: “Operators shall not use data, algorithms, technology, rules, etc. to engage in unfair price acts as stipulated in the preceding paragraph.”
