The Bergamo-Milan Airport Authority said that due to problems on the taxiing runway, all flights at Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport were suspended from 10:20 to 12:00 on the same day. According to local media reports, unnamed airport officials said that someone ran onto the tarmac during takeoff of an airplane and was sucked into the engine.
