Gangzai Robotics (00370) subsidiary plans to sell self-made intelligent security robots to Tonghong Guards

According to Zhitong Finance App, Hong Kong Robotics (00370) announced that on July 2, 2025, the company's non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Aberdeen Robotics Co., Ltd. (Aberdeen Robotics, as the seller) and Tonghong Security Limited (Tonghong Security, as the buyer) signed a procurement cooperation agreement on the procurement of self-made intelligent security robots.

According to the procurement cooperation agreement, the Aberdeen Robotics and Tonghong Security Agreement (which includes), within two years from the date of the procurement cooperation agreement, the number of self-contained intelligent security robots purchased in Hong Kong will be no less than 1,000 units. The unit price for a self-contained intelligent security robot is RMB 300,000, and the total contract amount is RMB 300 million. The first batch of procurement is expected to be 50-100 self-made intelligent security robots, and subsequent batches will deliver 100 units each time.

Tong Hong Guard is a member of the Hong Kong Security Industry Association and provides security services to the public and private sectors in Hong Kong.
