Ganfeng Lithium announced that Ganfeng International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has completed the settlement of the remaining 40% shares in Mali Lithium B.V., a subsidiary of Leo Lithium Limited, and paid a compensation of US$343 million. Up to now, Ganfeng Lithium holds 100% of Mali Lithium's shares. The first phase of the Mali Goulamina spodumene project has officially put into operation a lithium concentrate with an annual production capacity of 506,000 tons, and production capacity has been gradually released. The lithium ore export transportation line from Mali to China has been successfully opened, and the company's lithium resource layout in Africa has reached the stage of substantial output.
