Geely Automobile Hong Kong Stock Exchange announced that on June 20, 2025, the Company, Geely Holdings, GA, GH, Renault and the joint venture entered into an investment agreement and joint venture agreement. According to this, GA conditionally agreed to invest in the joint venture by means of all the issued share capital and cash contributions of its wholly-owned subsidiaries in exchange for common shares, warrants and convertible preferred shares of the joint venture company, and GH conditionally agreed to invest all of the issued share capital of its wholly-owned subsidiaries into the joint venture in exchange for common shares of the joint venture company. After settlement, the joint venture will have 73.57%, 21.29%, 5.11% and 0.03% of the interests of Renault, GA, GH and an independent third party respectively.
