The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the “Jiangsu Provincial Housing Project Quality Improvement Action Plan”. The action goals are to accelerate the construction of a new pattern of quality control of housing projects where the government is active, the market is effective, the enterprise is responsible, and the society is orderly, so that high quality becomes the goal pursuit and sense of action of all parties involved in residential engineering construction, vigorously improving the physical quality, performance quality and living experience of residential projects, and building safe, comfortable, green and intelligent “good houses” that stand the test of the market and time. By the end of 2027, all action measures have been fully implemented, a long-term working mechanism has been formed, the number of complaints about project quality defects has been reduced by more than 30%, and the quality of residential projects has improved markedly.
