Buyers who have deposited a housing provident fund in Wenzhou and purchased second-hand housing within the administrative area of the city, and their spouse, parents, and children can apply to the Provident Fund management agency where they purchased the home to withdraw their personal housing provident fund account balance to pay the down payment for the home purchase. The total amount of the housing provident fund withdrawn by the applicant shall not exceed the down payment amount for second-hand housing agreed upon by the buyer and seller. If an applicant needs to continue to apply for a second-hand housing provident fund loan after applying to withdraw the housing provident fund to pay the down payment for second-hand housing, the total amount of the application for withdrawal and the housing provident fund loan amount must not exceed the total housing price. The balance in the personal housing provident fund account at the time of application for withdrawal is limited to 100 yuan.
