Mr. Gao Yijun, representative of Fengsheng Life Service, said during the live sharing that Aberdeen robots have a leading position in the world in the field of humanoid robots. Through the advanced humanoid service robots they provide, the two sides have joined hands to seize the development opportunities of the global humanoid robot and large model industry and promote the higher quality development of the robot industry in Hong Kong.

Dual cycle strategic layout to anchor the trillion-level market

Comparing the robotics policy dividends between Hong Kong and Singapore, it can be found that Hong Kong is more attractive in terms of tax incentives, R&D subsidies, etc., which can help enterprises reduce operating costs by 20%. Hong Kong Robotics will rely on the “Mainland+Hong Kong” dual cycle advantage to build a full chain of “technology research and development - capacity implementation - market expansion”.

Chairman Huang Xiaoqing of Aberdeen Robotics Co., Ltd. revealed in his keynote speech that Hong Kong has a leading edge in robotics technology and production capacity. In terms of application scenarios, the master plan has three sections: one is the establishment of a dedicated intelligent network research institute, which relies on more than 1,800 patented technologies to promote standardized mass production of public printers, which is expected to drastically reduce hardware costs; the second is the implementation of multi-scenario applications, focusing on typical application scenarios such as property services, medical care, and smart education; and the third is large-scale operation and production, and the establishment of a global operation center and robot production line in Hong Kong.

Talking about market expansion, the mainland market focuses on the immediate health needs of the Yangtze River Delta and Greater Bay Area. In cooperation with the Nantong Municipal Government, the “Aberdeen Robotic Rehabilitation Demonstration Project” will serve 1,200-1,500 households and about 3,000 users with health needs after completion, solving the pain points of high labor costs and slow response in traditional health care. In terms of smart diagnosis and treatment, we are cooperating with leading domestic medical examination companies to deploy distributed robotic medical examination centers to provide services such as health testing and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis.

In the field of commercial services, we have now cooperated with large real estate properties in Hong Kong to launch patrol monitoring and disaster warning robots to assist in security work. Within three years, it is planned to fully deploy four types of robots (multi-scene welcome robots, indoor and outdoor cleaning robots, indoor delivery robots, and safety and security patrol robots), which are initially expected to break through the scale of 1,000 units to promote the intelligent process of property management.

In the field of smart education, we are collaborating with a professional team with a background in the Institute of Computing of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to jointly develop educational robots, focus on artificial intelligence education, and plan to build AI smart education research bases in Sichuan, Henan, Guizhou and other places.

In addition, Hong Kong Robotics will also take advantage of Hong Kong's position as a financial center and make full use of policy dividends to leverage the international market and open up the blue ocean market for pension real estate in Southeast Asia and educational robots in North America.

Government, industry, academia and research come together to shape a new industrial ecosystem

Under the wave of development of the intelligent robotics industry, four experts, including Mr. Yang Yuchuan, visiting professor at the Hong Kong Institute of Financial Management, Mr. Gao Yuan, associate researcher at the Shenzhen Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Mr. Yang Guanghua, President of Aberdeen Robotics Co., Ltd., and Ms. Yin Zhenying, Professor Yin of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, were invited to discuss “Disrupting the Situation and Prospects of the Embodied Intelligent Industry Ecosystem” at the event.

How to understand “technology+scenario” and “technology+finance”? According to reports, the deep resonance between capital and industry advocated by Hong Kong Robotics is reflected in at least two major dimensions:

The first is a two-wheel drive between policy and capital. The HKSAR Government's 2025 Budget clearly earmarks HK$1 billion to promote artificial intelligence research and development, and establishes the Hong Kong Artificial Intelligence Research Institute. The computing power of the Cyberport Artificial Intelligence Supercomputing Center will increase to 3000 PFLOPS during the year, which can provide basic support for large-scale model training for robots in Hong Kong. Relying on strong capital and resource organization capabilities, the Hong Kong Zai robot has secured orders in the fields of health, property, education, etc., to effectively promote the application and implementation of large models of physical intelligence.

The second is technological ecology and industrial collaboration. The “Cloud Brain + Embodied Intelligence Model + Smart Flexible Joint” technology architecture of Hong Kong Zai robots can have a synergy effect with the “Industrial Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Research and Development Center (FLAIR)” promoted by the Hong Kong Productivity Council. The Hong Kong Aberdeen Robotics Research Institute has attracted the attention of institutions such as the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Hong Kong Productivity Council to promote the integration of “industry, education, research and use”. At the supply chain level, Hong Kong Robotics cooperates with leading domestic parts companies to support large-scale mass production.

Experts pointed out, “The core difference of embodied intelligence is the 'ability to interact with a dynamic environment'. Through the logic of 'demand reverses pattern', Hong Kong is opening up the 'last mile' from technology to commerce.” Yang Guanghua, CEO of Aberdeen Robotics Co., Ltd., also called at the press conference: “The government, universities, and enterprises are welcome to join the intelligent ecosystem and jointly make Hong Kong a source of innovative strategies for global human-robot collaboration.”

The card slot exploded to a tipping point, and “order-driven” took the lead in seizing the window period

Currently, the global humanoid robot market is reaching a tipping point. McKinsey predicts that 15% of the global workforce will be replaced by robots by 2030, and the scale of the industry will exceed $30 trillion, surpassing the automotive and communications industries combined. Goldman Sachs predicts that humanoid robots will reach the cost recovery threshold as early as 2024 (industrial grade) and 2028 (consumer grade). The “order-driven” model of the Hong Kong Aberdeen robot is expected to take the lead in seizing this window.

Looking forward to the future, in terms of technology iteration, Hong Kong robots will continue to deepen “dynamic environmental interaction capabilities” and achieve the leap from “environmentally-adaptive intelligence” to “autonomous decision-making intelligence” through the integration of multi-modal perception and task planning. In terms of commercial expansion, relying on the “Mainland+Hong Kong” dual cycle strategy, Hong Kong robots will achieve deep penetration into markets such as health care needs, property management, and smart education in the Yangtze River Delta and Greater Bay Area, while expanding to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America through the Hong Kong internationalization platform.

With policy dividends, technological breakthroughs and capital support, Hong Kong Robotics is using the differentiated path of “true intelligence, real scenarios, and real usefulness” to build the world's leading humanoid robot company with the number one brand in Hong Kong and reshape the global humanoid robot industry pattern.
