Singapore Changi Airport Group announced on June 10 that a joint venture between Japan's Goyo Construction and Xu Brothers Civil Engineering has obtained a contract of 999 million Singapore dollars to build T5 tunnels. These tunnels will be used to transport luggage, facilitate passenger movement, and lay public infrastructure and services, such as electricity, water supply and communication systems. The related projects will take more than four years to complete.
