From June 1 to 4, local time, Chen Jianan, vice president of the China Council for the Promotion of Trade, led a delegation to Uzbekistan to promote exchanges and cooperation between the Chinese and Ukrainian business communities and promote the development of bilateral economic and trade relations. During his visit, Chen Jianan attended the opening ceremony of the 2nd China-Uzbekistan Regional Cooperation Forum and the China-Ukraine Commodity Fair. He delivered a speech at the China-Ukraine Economic, Trade and Investment Cooperation Forum, and met separately with heads of Ukrainian counterpart agencies such as Rasulov, Vice Chairman of the Uzbek Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of the Samarkand Chamber of Commerce and Industry, focusing on promoting the latest initiatives of China's economic development and opening up to the outside world, and promoting practical cooperation in trade and investment.
