European mining stocks rose on Thursday, as copper prices once rose to a two-month high, and London Metal Exchange warehouse inventories continued to fall. The Stoxx 600 basic resources index rose 1.3%, at a three-week high, outperforming the 0.3% increase in the European benchmark index.
