The Panamanian shipping price index rose 1 point, or 0.1%, to 1108 points, ending eight consecutive declines. The average daily profit of Panama-type ships increased by $6 to $9,973. The ultra-convenient bulk carrier freight rate index fell 6 points to 942 points, the lowest level since April 15.
