According to a research report published by CICC, Broadcom's revenue for the second fiscal quarter is expected to be US$14.95 billion, up 19.7% year over year; non-GAAP gross margin is expected to be 77.43%; adjusted EBITDA margin is 66.78%; and non-GAAP net profit is US$7.74 billion, up 43.47% year on year and down 1.08% month on month, which is broadly in line with market forecasts. The bank also maintained the Group's non-GAAP earnings per share for fiscal year 2025 and fiscal year 26, which is expected to be $6.49 and $7.93, respectively. Considering the extended valuation and Broadcom's leading position in AI data center computing and networks, the target price was raised 20% to $275, which is equivalent to predicting price-earnings ratios of 42 times and 35 times for the 2025 and 26 fiscal years, respectively.
