During important periods, such as heavy rainfall and geological hazard risk warning periods, it is necessary to rush to the geological disaster prevention situation within the jurisdiction and to plan and squat sites in areas with heavy tasks and high risks, and arrive at the site early, upgrade to the frontline, and guide to the grassroots level. All regions should strengthen the working mechanism of “stationed in the county and baoxiang” and integrate stationed professional teams into the local geological disaster prevention and control system. All provincial experts and mobile defense experts from the China Geological Survey should be on duty. Together with provincial and municipal experts, they will go deep into risk zones, warning areas, and rainfall falling areas to provide technical support such as inspection and investigation of hidden risks, monitoring and early warning, disaster relief, and handling of dangerous situations of major disasters.
