The contract is in effect and the completion date is February 28, 2026. The scope of the contract includes the development, design, procurement, supply, construction, start-up, commissioning, testing, and other work of the project, as well as all work required or necessary to repair defects therein. The transaction follows the principles of voluntarism, equality and honesty. The pricing is fair, does not adversely affect the company's independence, and does not harm the interests of the company and small to medium shareholders.
