Guanghui Energy announced that Guanghui Group transferred 639 million shares and 338 million shares of Guanghui Energy to Fude Life Insurance and Fude Financial Holdings respectively through an agreed transfer. In total, it transferred 976 million shares in circulation with unlimited conditions of sale, accounting for 15.03% of Guanghui Energy's total share capital. After this equity change, Guanghui Group held 1.03 billion shares of Guanghui Energy in circulation with unlimited conditions of sale, accounting for 20.06% of Guanghui Energy's total share capital. This change in equity will not result in a change in the controlling shareholder or actual controller of Guanghui Energy.
