The participants highly praised the establishment of the Zero Carbon Intelligence Alliance. The Secretary for the Environment and Ecology, Mr Tse Chin-wan, said, “The establishment of the Alliance shows the determination and active participation of enterprises in promoting the green and low-carbon transformation. We are happy to see that the Alliance promotes the application and development of green technology, which will inject new vitality into the sustainable development of Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.” Mr. Lu Hanchong, CEO of the Hong Kong Construction Materials Federation, praised: “This is an important milestone for the whole of Hong Kong. As global awareness of environmental protection increases, low-carbon energy has become a key direction for future development.” Ms. Huang Bingfen, deputy to the 14th National People's Congress and general director of the Hong Kong Restart League, said, “This marks a critical step in the construction of a zero-carbon smart city in Hong Kong. It is also an important manifestation of the country's dual carbon strategy taking root in the Greater Bay Area. I am fortunate to personally experience the power of green energy technology innovation in a zero-carbon smart space, and I am very impressed by the farsighted responsibility of the allied companies.” Mr. Zhou Wanchun, Vice President and Director of Sany Group, commented, “Sustainable development is a global consensus and corporate responsibility. The 'Zero Carbon Smart Alliance+Space' is a beautiful beginning for green logistics in Hong Kong. The Zero Carbon Intelligence Alliance was born in Hong Kong with a global focus. The alliance will be guided by the development of new quality productivity in the country, with Hong Kong's green home as the common mission, deeply integrating core cutting-edge technology, covering but not limited to the work and services of the entire industry chain, including but not limited to green transportation, green buildings, smart photovoltaics and energy storage systems, smart cities, and intelligent AI applications. Importantly, the zero-carbon smart space innovation platform proposed a full-chain enterprise solution of “light, storage, charging, exchange and recycling”. Initiated by Rongli Group, it integrates Sany Group and Ningde Era technology implementation to provide technical support and services throughout Hong Kong to drive the digital, intelligent and low-carbon transformation of the industry.
