At 4:00 p.m. on April 30, 2025 (Wednesday) (that is, the last time for placement agents to place shares without subscription), all 67.9974 million unsubscribed shares have been successfully placed at a price of HK$0.15 per share (equivalent to the subscription price) in accordance with the placement matters. As a result, no net proceeds can be distributed to inactive shareholders under compensation arrangements.
