Superhuman Intelligence (08176) issued a total of 62.5 million subscribed shares to Taidong Holdings

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Superhuman Intelligence (08176) announced that on May 7, 2025 (after the trading period), the company (as issuer) and Taidong Holdings Limited (as the subscriber) entered into a subscription agreement. Both parties conditionally agreed that the subscribers should subscribe, and the company should allocate and issue a total of 62.5 million subscribed shares at a subscription price of HK$0.120 per subscription share. The total subscription price payable by the subscriber for all subscribed shares shall be paid upon completion by capitalizing the outstanding amount of HK$7.5 million and partially offsetting the subscription price.

Subscribed shares account for approximately 9.57% of the total number of issued shares at the date of this announcement; and approximately 8.74% of the total number of issued shares after being allocated and extended by issuing subscribed shares (assuming that there is no change in the total number of issued shares during the period between the date of this announcement and the issuance of subscription shares).
